"Campsite-I love it!"

Julia's first camping experience was a big hit-and not just with her! A big rain storm delayed the start but also made for a very fun water play experience for the kids. Right beside the campsite a natural stream for runoff was flowing down the mountainside over the rocks. So while Auntie Laura made dinner, Julia and Josef splashed around in their rainboots. After working up a good hunger we enjoyed a meal by the camp fire and playing on the playground by the lake. Before leaving Julia there for the night we made smores and told spooky stories at Julias request. On the way home Frank and I experienced something new: Josef would not stop talking! In Julia's absence he decided he was going to become our little chatterbox and fill the silence. Over and over again he kept repeating, "Campsite-I love it! Sloppy joes-yummy! Water-fun! Campsite-I love it! Fireworks! Campsite-I love it!" My personal opion, "Josef being a chatterbox-I love it!".
